The company Motorrad Burchard GmbH is a certificated producer of Custom Parts. All our products are of the highest quality "Made in Germany" and are also proved through the MOT.
Our whole range includes the production of forward control kits, wide wheel reconstruction kits in the front and back, tail conversion kits, seats, triple trees, handlebars, riser sets, side mount licenese plate brackets at any side and many more. FORWARD CONTROL KITS The company Motorrad Burchard GmbH offers the most extensive program of forward control kits worldwide (e.g. VF 700 Magan RC21, VT 1100 SC18 and so on). All our Motorrad Burchard forward control kits are delivered with a two- year guarantee of finish and chromium- plate. The gear shift and the brake arm are fitted by hand and are provided with grease nipples. Power transmitted connection parts at the gear shift and brake arm are flexible and do also have grease nipples. This standard of quality "Made by Germany" guarantees a minimum of play on and at the wavy line and a maximum of lifespan. All forward control kits are delivered with a MOT certificate (§ 19/3 StVZO) and a list of items. All items which are replaceable can be delivered separately. All constructions are available in two styles. One can choose between the Sundance Look and the Ness Style Look. The lever will either be smooth or shaped. WIDE WHEELS CONVERSION KITS The company Motorrad Burchard GmbH offers the most extensive program of 6.00x15“ wide wheel conversion kits in the back and 3.50x16“wide wheel conversion kits in the front worldwide with a MOT certification (§ 19/3 StVZO) for every Japanese Custombike. TAIL CONVERSION KITS The company Motorrad Burchard GmbH offers the most extensive program of tail conversion kits. They all have the MOT certification (§ 19/3 StVZO) Made in Germany for original- or wide- wheel- reconstructions. CUSTOM SEATS The company Motorrad Burchard GmbH offers the most extensive program of custom seats Made in Germany for Japanese Custombikes. All the benches are offered in 3 different versions and with 12 various patterns. TRIPLE TREES The triple trees of Motorrad Burchard are offered with a wide of 290 mm “Made in Germany” and do have a MOT certification (§ 19/3 StVZO). This mass information is measured from on rail middle to the other. Out of this originates a complete wide of 330 mm. All the original parts such as headlights, taco unities, control unities, stand- pipe- coverings and so on can continue to be used in future. All the triple trees will be delivered with the extra parts such as sticking- axle, distance material for the front wheel, break- establishments, mudguard and so on. We furthermore offer a extensive program of equipments such as handlebars, riser sets, side mount license plate brackets, electricals, spotlight brackets, saddlebag support kits, solo racks, rear racks and so on.
