Order Order can be made written, by phone, by fax or e-mail in case of using internet-shop. For corresponded adresses look top 1 ( Your party to an agreement ). The customer is liable for wrong consignments which are based on every kind of verbal transfer mistakes. To avoid missunderstandings, give a written order ( fax, post, internet ) with the information about part no., description of the article, wanted number of item and your complete address. Prices All prices published on www.motorrad-burchard.de are retail prices incl. German value-added tax ( VAT / at present 19% ). Prices subject to change without previously information to the customer. Dealer conditions can only be granted after showing respective certificates ( Trade licence ). A dealer status which has already been given away can immediatley by deleted if the demanded conditions can not be fulfilled anymore. At all items in our special offer the offer prices is basicly the most reasonable alternative. Discounts are not able to be granted. Shipment The shipment of all items is basicly made by post with a cash on delivery ( COD ). After agreement the shipment is possible as a free parcel. Basicly the customer has to pay the postage and the packing cost. This is also valid for deliveries based on back orders. A minimum order is not necessary. Back orders Because of the noumerous typs of products we sometimes have back orders. These back orders are automaticly saved by our EDV system and they will be delivered to you unasked, as soon as this is possible. If you don`t want us to save back orders, please inform us about this. Complaints We will only deal with complaints with a copy of the invoice and a written complain about the respective defect. The date of the invoice of the item you complain about has not to be older then 2 years. You have to inform us about missing items in a parcel at the latest 24 hours after recieving it. We don`t guarantee for any kind of electric parts. For the retraction of already ordered goods and if the retraction is neither based on a mistake of our company nor the necessary papers for dealing with the complaint parts, we calculate a restock rate of 15% of the retail price. Entitled complaints based on a mistake of our company will be settled by us at our expense as quickly as possible. We refuse to take complaints or returns, which reach us unintentional. Terms of payment The delivered product is the property of Motorrad Burchard GmbH until its complete payment. If the customer pays to late or the customer doesn`t keep to his commitment of the ownership, the supplier is able to demand the respective object back. Legal venue Legal venue and place of fulfillment for all quarrelings, which are based on a contract between both partys is the home of the supplier, as far as the customer is a trader, a justic person under public law or special property under public law. |
